MJ Piano Lessons operates within a private residential complex. To respect our neighbours, comply with strata regulations and prioritise the safety of children, residents and visitors, specific parking conditions apply.

This policy applies to all clients and visitors without exception.
 

There is no on-site parking available for anyone attending MJ Piano Lessons.
 

All clients and visitors must park on the street when attending lessons. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the residential premises under any circumstances, including for drop-offs or pick-ups.
 

Supervision and common areas

The complex includes shared common areas intended for resident access only. There are no designated play areas on the property.

These requirements apply to all visitors attending lessons.
 

Children must remain under direct parental supervision at all times while on the property.
 

Children must not play, gather or remain in common areas, including the driveway. Activities such as bike riding and scootering are not permitted.
 

All visitors are asked to enter and leave quietly and respectfully to maintain the privacy and comfort of residents.
