Yes!

Online lessons will be offered to all students when we are back to 'business as usual' and not just through the pandemic.

While technology does not yet allow for the perfect transmission of the subtle differences in sound when we are placing various fine pressures on the keyboard, we have learned that online lessons do not present major obstacles to learning for students who practice regularly.

Considerations for the up-take of online lessons:

  • Generally speaking, online lessons should not replace in-house lessons, but as a 'new norm' can be utilised to manage the unforeseen circumstances that pop-up in our daily lives.

  • We shouldn't be going to work, school or lessons when we are sick whether there is a pandemic or not.

  • If you are working or living remotely for a period, these may be a necessary option.

  • Give as much notice as possible as time is invested in preparing the physical space for each lesson.

  • Note that there is no change in the cost of a lesson.

  • If you are a month out from examination time, in-house lessons are best.
