Hello parents, Claiming your Creative Kids Vouchers with MJ Piano Lessons is pretty easy.
What you will need to do:
Step 1: Log into your Service NSW account and request a Creative Kids Voucher. Get in touch with Service NSW if you have any issues obtaining a voucher number.
Step 2: Provide these details to Justin before you make your payment for your fees.
Voucher number and name - provide by email or in person.
Date of birth - provide in person at your next lesson rather than transmit it.
Remember, you can only claim one voucher for one creative activity per child, per year.
Why do I have to provide my child’s date of birth? I am required to enter the date of birth in the process of redeeming each voucher as the Creative Kids Registered Provider. Here is a shot of the screen where I have to enter details as the provider:
